Close collaboration

Close contact is the cornerstone of collaborations between Middelfart Municipality and local companies. The 25 business consultants from the Jobs and Growth Centre spends time visiting the many companies in Middelfart Municipality over the course of the year. During 2017, they visited over 1,300 individual companies and conducted over 3,500 company visits.

Middelfart Municipality’s Jobs and Growth Centre is also part of Job7 (the Triangle Region’s shared recruitment partnership) and Recruitment Service Funen. This means that when businesses contact job consultants from Middelfart Municipality, they gain access to the workforce from neighbouring municipalities in both east and west instead of just a single municipality.
